This notice explains how we handle the personal data you share when you join the WHYSWING waitlist. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

WHYSWING (the “we”) is based in Switzerland. For any privacy question, contact us at whyswinggolf@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only your email address, and only when you choose to submit it through the waitlist form. We don't ask for anything else, and we don't track you with advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To let you know when WHYSWING opens early access, and to send occasional updates about the launch. That's it. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Who can see it

Your email is stored and processed on our behalf by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), our email and contact-management provider. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until the launch campaign ends or you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time, and you can unsubscribe from every email we send. To exercise any of these rights, just write to whyswinggolf@gmail.com. If you're in the EU/EEA (or Switzerland), you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
